    Beautiful boutique hotel
    The staff were incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived, from the complimentary upgrade to carrying our pushchair to the room. The room itself was lovely and the hotel is very conveniently located. We had such a lovely time and would definitely book again.

    Clean and cosy. Lovely reception. Helpful staff
    Room did not have facilities booked. Apparently we were upgraded to a better room but it did not feel like that. It was nice but getting a balcony instead of a bath in the dark and pouring rain didnt feel helpful. The room was nice but tv was tiny and miles from bed, bench which was provided instead of a sofa, mirror was cracked. There was a minibar but no tea or coffee. Id booked this as a five star birthday treat and whilst it was nice was ultimately disappointing for the money.

    Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Upgraded to a beautiful room, with four-poster bed. Hotel just off the Kings Road, an excellent location for us.

    Prime location - tucked away from busy streets yet convenient to shops and transportation. Wonderful staff - Matthew is professional, helpful, and accommodating. He and his staff made the boutique hotel feel homey.
