    San Francesco al Monte is a beautiful hotel located on top of Naples. The view of the harbor from the upgraded hotel suite is lovely. The hotel is full of interesting clues, including an elaborate na (Read More)tivity scene and unique artworks. The terrace dining experience is wonderful and the breakfast buffet is good. The staff are accommodating and provide excellent service. The only complaint is regarding the TV and limited English channels. The hotel offers great value, quality, views, and location. The staff are nice and responsive, and the AC works well. The food is excellent and the selection is varied. The single room is small, but the double room is spacious and both are very clean. The hotel has a beautiful authentic location with historical vibes, and the view from the breakfast/restaurant area is wonderful. The hotel offers great value for money and the pool, bar, restaurant, and staff are all brilliant. The option to have a pool day followed by dinner in the city is a luxury. The rooms with terraces are highly recommended for night owls. The hotel is a former convent and has lovely rooms. The staff provide excellent service and there is an art gallery on the third floor. The hotel has a beautiful exterior and the interior is a hidden gem with authentic artifacts and treasures. The rooftop offers breathtaking views and the decorative meeting areas are stunning. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The hotel is within walking distance of the ferry and bustling areas, but there are many steps to climb back. The staff at the hotel are wonderful and make guests feel welcome. The breakfast buffet is enjoyable and the staff provide great service. Overall, the hotel is amazing and guests would love to come back.

    rooms were initially way too hot but they did adjust it, shame the top terrace wasn't open in winter

    That place, views e.t.c. compensate for any inconvenience.
    a delightful place. worth the visit in itself. Very worth seeing. Additional you can enjoy amazing views of Naples and Vesuvius,
    Unfortunately they have to definitely work on their breakfasts and better dinners.

    View was excellent, but location in the middle of "nowhere". Restaurants were good. Room silent. Staff was polite and helpful.
    Clealiness of bathroom could have been better, TV far too small and international channels (English speaking) missing. Sound of air condition was a bit disturbing especially at night.

    A nice stay but probably wouldnt stay there again
    Reasonably comfortable. Disappointing not to be able to use the pool area at the top until later in the day. Staff friendly but service at times extremely slow!
