Loved the decor and facilities the friendliness and the breakfast was well worth it
I did think the rooms were quite dark, especially when trying to apply makeup etc, and only decent mirrors were in the bathroom which was difficult when trying to style hair

Breakfast buffet not matching a 4 star hotel
The service between reception and breakfast staff. Cant pay on the room, cant pay with cash, better with card, just no flexibility to make it convenient, so not to the level of a 4 star service.
The sauna was not complementary, also disappointing when booking a 4 star hotel to enjoy the facilities

Great stay
Excellent stay. We upgraded to a executive suite and it was amazing. Very clean, the bath tub was a great size and the double shower also. Bed was very comfortable and big.
We ate in the restaurant and the food was great, staff were really nice and friendly, same for the room service we ordered.. We Also tried the whiskey bar and again the service was great and it was very chilled and cozy. We will definitely be back.

Lovely childfree few days away in a lovely hotel
We ate in the steak house r4esturant on the first night which was amazing. Quite possibly one of my best steaks
if anything, the rooms were uncomfortably hot and I had to call down reception as even when the heating was "off" it was still too hot.
