    We were upgraded to Presidential suite for 3 nights and the suite was very comfortable and specious with supplies one needs for a relaxing holiday. There was a good variety of food.
    The last two nights were in standard rooms. Air conditioning in standard room was not adjusting to the appropriate levels so it became too hot at night.

    The meals were largely well presented but rather similar day to day. On several occasions I found the food undercooked and had to be left. On every occasion but one when I raised an issue it was dealt with by very keen and attentative staff
    The plying of beach boys selling things and even sex traders. We just want to be left alone to enjoy and relax!

    First time back in 20yrs and found it improved
    Pool could be open earlier. Also I know beach is not the hotels responsibility but some clean up of seaweed and other items would be good

    Best resort I stayed at! Its beautiful and has everything you know. All the restaurants are really good, lots of outside space. Rooms were clean and spacious

    Would not recommend, lots of hidden charges, no towels available. Insects in room.
    Location was great.
    We arrived for check in and was told that the room was not ready we had to wait 2.5 hours despite it being 2pm already which was allocated check in time! There were ants in the room. One day they had run out of towels so we couldnt even shower for an entire day and they gave us 4 hand towels to shower with! We had so many issues that we decided to check our ASAP and we were told we would have to pay 30% cancellation charge to check out. It would have been best to just leave and not tell them! We had 2 rooms, one of which was a sea view which was more expensive, and the other was Garden view. The garden view room had a better view of the sea than the SeaView room!! Lousy cheap sunbeds by the pool, cheap plastic which kept collapsing and needed a deep clean. There were not enough sun loungers for such a busy hotel. Would not recommend at all. Horrible hotel, bad staff and poor service. Beach was horrible, not Whitesands at all!
