Definitely not a 5 star hotel, need a car/bike!

The facilities are good, big hotel building and easy to find, also on location wise, it's more less right in the middle of everything but do need to rent a car if staying here.

They say it's a 5* hotel but I must be missing something as standards must be different in other countries. It feels more like a 3* trying to get to 4* as room was average, pool is average, food and breakfast was not great and honestly is as good as a Travelodge which if it's a 5* it should be above and beyond.

Seabed Grand Hotel Phuket is a home away from home.

The staff especially Muay, were so awesome and always attentive to our every need . They made us feel 'at home ' away from our home. The amenities are really good. Room service was excellent if one is too tired to go out for a meal.

Housekeeping cleaning is a bit chaotic and disorganized. Sometimes the rooms are not cleaned after waiting for 6 hours. Maybe with better cleaning staff rosters the cleaning crew might get better organised.
