    Short stop of a home in the middle of an IT park
    The one-bedroom apartment was cozier than expected. SEDA buffet breakfast is always exceptional wherever.
    The location of the hotel reception on the 5th floor was incovenient. The hotel could have had a grander ground lobby to welcome all guests.

    It's very frustrating
    Location
    The designated smoking area was outside the building. It has nothing to do with the hotel building. Therefore, they should update their facilities page to say "non-smoking hotel" instead of "non-smoking room." They didn't allow me to smoke at the rooftop bar, even though it's an open area. Very disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any smokers.

    we only had one night stay in seda bloc hotel, but we surely wished we could stay more nights.
    The breakfast offering was great and has a good variety of food. The location of the hotel is very good because it is conveniently connected by an access directly to the Ayala Mall. We brought with us a rented car and there is an allocated free parking for hotel guests. My wife particularly like the soft bed and very comfy pillows.
    the way the toilet door gets in the way when I used the toilet, possibly the area in the toilet does not have the sufficient space

    A good hotel and most staff helpful. Excellent breakfast. A fair stay but would not return
    The breakfast was very good, with a wide choice for both westerners and filipinos. The lady at breakfast reception was very charming and quickly organised cappucinos for us (no extra charge unlike some hotels). The pool area is small but is a welcome feature. The bedroom was a reasonable size, quiet and comfortable.
    The staff were generally very good, the exception being the guys at the pool bar who were disinterested and a little ''too cool for school''. The location is good for the IT park but we much prefer the location of the other Seda next to Ayala. To be fair not liking the location was my fault as I booked the wrong Seda hotel by mistake (something my wife repeatedly reminded me about).. the names are quite similar so beware!

    The staff were really sweet and helpful. Its conveniently located for stuff and above the mall. Ideal for getting day trips out of the city. Breakfast buffet was good!

    Great choice for Cebu!
    The staff, especially the servers at breakfast, were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has a huge variety and the staff helped us try some of the local Filipino options, explaining the different items and how they are eaten. It really enhanced our stay and provided a unique experience. The rooms were spacious and clean. Location has tons of restaurant options and we felt comfortable walking around the neighbourhood.
    The 2-bedroom suite said it included a washer and dryer, but there wasn't one in the room.
