    The Seerose Resort & Spa is a beautiful hotel with great amenities, a fantastic location, and excellent restaurants. However, it may not be as welcoming for families with children, as there are restr (Read More)ictions on pool access and a lack of child-friendly amenities such as bath robes, shoes, and trip trap chairs. On the other hand, for couples, it is an absolutely lovely place with friendly staff, nice rooms, a stunning lake view, comfortable mattresses, and excellent food at the Restaurant Seerose.

    Absolutely stunning getaway spot dont miss it!
    Beautiful resort in a quiet location. Lovely decor, comfortable beds, friendly staff.
    Stairs were a bit of a challenge. Recommend additional source of bathroom light and use of plastic shampoo containers.

    Awesome place to relax and have a getaway.
    The comfort, the nice sized room, the bathtub and the welcoming drink. The spa was nice mostly the private spa.
    Without a car it is not accessible. The pool is a bit small but it's okay.

    Restful, like a trip to Asia away ! Makes you happy to go there if you have the money to pay the CHF 500.-
    SPA pool inside and outside lake private access, Thai massage very professional like real Thai masseurs, big rooms clean, 3 restaurants 1 Thai food, lovely bar on the lake great ambiance, indoor parking, quiet but close to Zurich ( 45 minutes by car ) close to Lucerne ( 30 minutes ) : I will go back certainly !

    cozy, warm, friendly, relaxing stay in a beautiful place
    Pretty much everything:) the spa could be a bit bigger but as it was not full, did not really matter. everything made very cozy and nicely decorated.
    we liked everything! maybe just one suggestion: plastic straws in drinks in the restaurant (unless intentionally requested) could be easily avoided for good :)

    A very relaxing environment and I would recommend staying here again.
    Interior decor was really lovely and relaxing. The lake side area with pool was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a junior suite which was beautifully appointed and decorated. I had a spa treatment and massage and the wellness area was beautiful, peaceful and perfectly equipped.
    The room prices were on the expensive side and I expected a larger space for the price of the Junior suite. We were not informed that it was better to book the restaurants ahead of arrival - consequence being we couldn't choose where we wanted to eat as all 3 restaurants were fully booked !

    This is a Swiss hidden gem that Ill definitely be visiting every year.

    The dinners were quite expensive at the restaurants and the service was on the slow side, but the food was delicious!

    room was newly designed but not in a convenient way: e.g; separate WC without a washbasin, no electricity plug next to bed, electricity panel on bed head with shining key LEDs that couldnt be turned off during the night, etc.
