    Love the central location of the hotel, walking distance to NanJing Pedestrian Road/The Bund/Metro Station. Room is very spacious and clean. Will consider to stay in this hotel again should we return to Shanghai.

    The location was very convenient and close to all the shops.

    Nice hotel in a great location, with an excellent breakfast.
    Location, facilities, room were all great. Breakfast was awesome.
    Very few staff spoke English fluently, though most were able to answer basic questions. Bar was expensive.

    We all liked the convenience of the location.
    The location.
    My family and I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the Marriott Hotel. They attempted to charge us for breakfast that we did not consume. Despite checking out before 6 am when the breakfast service was not even available, they included the breakfast price in our bill. This blatant attempt to cheat us left us feeling frustrated and aggravated. It took a significant amount of time and effort to rectify the situation and obtain a refund. Such unethical practices severely undermine the trust and credibility of the hotel.
