Hotel is in a good location, rooms need updating, the restaurants provide nice tasty food.
The location is great, metro is a few minutes away. the room is bit old and needs some renovating but it was clean and comfortable.
Turn down service was way too late everyday, housekeeping should arrive at 9pm to turn down the beds which was late as we were already in the room.

Great services with spacious room and great location.
The hotel is well designed with great location, and the room is spacious especially the staff are friendly and helpful with good services. Besides, the breakfast was great with many choices. Recommended and will come back to this hotel again next time travelling to Shanghai again.

Exceptional location, making it easy to access key attractions. The room was impeccably clean, contributing to a comfortable and pleasant experience.
We booked another room for my mum and dad on 29th to 30th. Unfortunately check-in experience was disappointing as the room was not ready by the designated time, and the staff did not express any apologies for the inconvenience. This lack of acknowledgment affected my overall perception of the service.

This was my second time staying at langham xintiandi . Excellent location. We stayed at club floor . The best club facilities , with plenty of delicious food and drinks . The ladies in the club floor are excellent and helpful . I cant mention all the names , I want to thank Jenny , Elaine , Victoria , Masson . You are superb
