Superb Breakfast, fantastic locations. Very clean hotel & the staffs were very active & cordial.

The room was a little bit smaller than we expected. Wi-Fi speed should have been better.

Great hotel and staff, very satisfied with my stay here.

This hotel is excellent, deserves a higher star rating! My room was very spacious, with lots of light and kept very clean by the staff. All the staff, including front desk, bell boys, restaurant staff and maintenance staff were all very polite and professional. The food in the attached Cinnamon restaurant was also great, including the buffet breakfast served every day. I stayed at the hotel with my elderly mother, and the staff were very accommodating to her needs. Their laundry service is also very reasonable, and my clothes were returned the next day, washed and ironed. The location of this hotel is also very good. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay at Shantai Hotel, and would definitely book here again.
