The hotel in general is very cosy and comfortable.
The staff is helpful and kind.
The food and service are good.
The bed and the pillows are very comfortable.
The room is spacious, and the view is great.
Beach and pool area is large, and comfortable.
The hotel building next to Sheraton, is closing the sun lights over the pool area.
It is a pitty that Dubai city has not anticipated this defect while permitting the construction.
The pool area and the bar is getting older, needs a renovation.

Too noisy - were repairing roof on restaurant below our bedroom from 7am in the morning. Also constant booming noise from Beach club next door to hotel
