Unfortunately, the hotel is very old, the rooms do not look like the pictures. I would definitely not be back or recommend it. It needs a renovation or 2 stars less...

The house keeping service should be approved and studied for Sheraton level. Too many things that can not be in Sheraton
The location and view were nice.
There are no sleepers in Sheraton- terrible, cold in winter in the room.
Breakfasts were quite scarce: few days no fish, no potatoes, coffee machines worked not good.
First room cleaning was 31 December, the windows in room left opened during the day by stuff, and evening when we come to hotel - the temperature in room was as outside, minus. Terrible.
We lived 3 person, but no glass , no robe for the third one. coffee and tea on the table were not replenished.

Superbly located viz airport train, old town ,shopping and the opera. Easy access to restaurant and bars in the city centre
We were given a room above the main entrance where they were working, as such we could not open the curtains, surely that was not necessary given that they had other rooms in our category. The day after, I asked to change rooms, which was fortunately well accommodated. Breakfast was good, but the weekend showed such a number of guests we had to queue to get a table, which is when guests try to cheat. Not pleasant

Lovely thanks to most of the staff at the hotel, the view & the breakfast was fantastic.
Loved the location!
Bahar was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful!!!!
She took the time to entertain our son while we stayed at the hotel bar in the lobby. My son adored her.
The other girl at reception was extremely helpful aswell. Not sure of her name, sorry. She spoke to us alot and helped us with questions we had.
Also the security guards - one female and other male. So friendly to our son.
The breakfast was fantastic. Best breakfast we have had on our stay in Europe and Scandinavia. The staff at breakfast were all so lovely, friendly and helpful.
The pancakes were the best ones I have ever had.

The first room the gentleman gave us was not good.
It needed a renovation and it was located near a construction site. We paid for lake views, as we were staying for 5 nights over Christmas and we wanted it to be special.
Bahar changed our room for us and we were so happy.
When we left at 6am there was no one to get our bags from our room, just assumed at a premium hotel someone would be able to get our bags.

The room is clean and comfortable. Very hard to find two double bed hotels in Europe. Free bottle water provided, staff helpful and professional. The bar restaurant is nice, kids menu is good value for money.
Breakfast is ok, could have more choices of fruits.
