Not a good value since we couldnt enjoy meals on property so we wont be back.

Pool was warm. Rooms were nice. Location and view was beautiful.

The good restaurants on property were only open for dinner. The breakfast and lunch restaurant called Harvest was terrible. Food was bad. The dining room was dated, worn out and filthy. The rest of the resort was beautiful.

Central to all of the disney locations but slightly out of the way of the mainstream

High cost of parking valet or self parking seemed expensive in addition to the normal room rate plus their resort charge. The resort charge covers many things which most customers will never want so in effect the amount of the charge is unjustified

Average stay - ok for location if you get it at a sale price.

Location Room service staff were amazing!

Welcome staff in Zeta were chatting up men and swearing as families were eating. Completely inappropriate professional behaviour. Wait staff were slow and uninterested in taking orders. My husband had to go up to the bar and interrupt the welcome staff member from socialising to seek assistance with our order. There were only three other tables of customers in the restaurant at the time. The hotel locked us out of our room by cancelling our room cards for the $50 resort fee due on the same day - it was not overdue - even though our nine (9) night stay was paid up front ahead of our arrival. The hotel computer system could only take out 7 days of resort fees - on the 7th day the next $50 resort fee was due. We were at Disney all of this day and had not had an opportunity to stop by the front desk. It was on this 7th day the hotel locked our family out of our room for not having a card at the front desk even though our accommodation was paid in full and our account was in credit - the hotel was just requiring the $50 resort fee of $50 which it was the hotels issue in the first place not able to take payment of 9 days worth of resort fees. This was extremely disappointing and concerning.
