Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, not too far from the center, early check-in and late check-out, kind people

The double bed consisted of two single, the floor was slippery and they were separated all the time

Very enjoyable and great location (for those who prefer a quieter area)

We really liked the location of the hotel. It was not too busy as it is within a residential area, but very easy to reach the city centre from there. We also liked that it was so close to a convenient store where we could buy food and coffee.

The pillows were not of good quality (not firm enough) and they did not leave any extra pillows in the room.

Newly refurbished and spacious room. Very comfortable. East walk from metro. Friendly staff who provided me with a kettle and arrange me the same room as the one I was accommodated few days ago

The room was very clean and the sheets were changed every day. This could be done every other day in order to reduce costs and transfer savings further to the customer. The location of the hotel is pretty good, on line L7 with direct connection to Plaza Catalunya. Safe and quiet area. Very polite staff and very keen to help making your stay even more pleasant. ,

Good pet friendly hotel. Expensive, as all others in Barcelona now

hotel is pet friendly. They even suggested treats and bowls for my dog. Room is on ground floor which is comfortable for easier access with a dog, and we did not disturbed other guests.

parking is really narrow! It's possible to park there and there is lift to hotel from the parking, but I had few bad moments when my cars' wheel were off the ground in the middle of hard turn, and I woundn't manage to get there without help from outside the car. I have parktronik but it was not enough ) Window on the ground floor is not protected, so when it's open, anyone can get in to the room from the yard.

Good location, friendly staff, food was healthy and delicious.

Location was great. Quiet, however still had access to bars and restaurants and boutique shops. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was great. Delicious breakfasts and tasty dinner. Room was cleaned every day.
