Fantastic hotel, amazing staff and great food!

Breakfast was fantastic, lots of options ranging from western (eggs, bacon, waffles, etc.) to Asian (noodles, congee, rice dishes, veggie and meat dishes). Loved the buggy service which ferried guests from point A to B, given there are some pretty steep paths in the hotel. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly, efficient and helpful: huge shout out to Elle who helped us do so much... from booking restaurants to lending mosquito cream! You will have to get taxis from the hotel to attractions such as night markets, etc. but prices are very reasonable. We booked the King villa which was well worth the money. Private pool, complimentary mini bar refreshed every day, comfortable King sized bed. The spa was also amazing. Prices are on the high side for Phuket/ Thailand, but highly recommend for the ease and quality of the massages and oils used. Lastly, we left a few items in our room and staff responded very quickly when I emailed them, and quickly arranged delivery!

The only thing that could be improved is the laundry service. We sent off some laundry which we had to remind them to pick up in the afternoon, as housekeeping seemed to have forgotton to do so. Our clothes were returned quite late the next day and upon inspection didn't seem to have been cleaned very well, i.e. could still see some stains on clothes.

Lacking vitality. Insufficient privacy at the pool due to other guests. Ineffective management team.

Clean, nice staff day to day.

The everyday staff members were fantastic, but the management team exhibited friendliness primarily when handling payments. After payment, especially during check-out, their demeanor sharply contrasted with their previous attitude. Additionally, maintenance activities near our room were quite loud, disrupting our sleep.

When customers book the hotel they should know the beach near the hotel is not suitable for swimming. The closest beach is 40 minutes driving distance from the hotel. The pool was too shallow.
