Fabulous resort lovely spacious rooms. Staff we all very welcoming . Spa was amazing .
Our meal in the Italian although quiet we had difficulty getting staffs attention for drinks and bill .

The rooms are outdated. The carpet in our bedroom was dump and the lights couldnt be switched off. On the 30th December had the Indian food, but the prawns give us a bad stomach upset. We had food poisoning

Good hotel the only thing its that the location a bit far from the main road with small kids its hard to travel 45-50
Very clean! The breakfast buffet offers a lot of options for everyone vegetarian vegan also available very good fresh and tasty food

Great and unique location.
The hotel claim 4 or 5 star rating. Unfortunately the staff isnt ready for this. For example in Mr. Fischer restaurant ( upper class) they lost our reservation and the staff cant explain what they serve. Breakfast is very good but for a 4star hotel they place an instant coffee machine there.

Such an amazing resort - only wished we stayed longer! The staff are very kind and nice, please take a advantage of their tour desk as the people there were so nice (June & Vee) and helped guide us through an amazing experience in Phuket! I would highly recommend this place to any couple or families as the resort is very family - friendly

The food, rooms and the service
While the quality of food was great, they didn't have the Thai restaurant open for the whole weekend so we barely got to eat one meal there but it was fantastic. Not sure why the restaurant was not open the rest of the days
