No customer service and cleanliness lacking. Very different to other Ramada we have stayed in.
The location is good, the room we had had a large bathroom.
The staff could be rude and unhelpful at times. They often had a not my problem attitude. There wasnt much choice of food to eat at the hotel.
The room cleaning was poor. Often the bathroom floor hadnt been cleaned, we had ants on two occasions. The pool area was a let down, it is NOT like it looks online. Its untidy and dirty with not many places to sit and no parasols. No staff are there either. All you can hear while around the pool is traffic and the home shopping place across the street - they have a lady shouting on a microphone system on a weekend.
Compared to the ramadas we have stayed in in Europe and the UK it fell short of our expectations especially considering the price. Disappointed and wouldnt stay here again.

The room was spacious and comfortable. It was clean and well-organized
The breakfast service was very poor. It was not up to the standards of a 5-star hotel, and they only offered an Asian breakfast. There was only one type of cheese, and if you arrived early and were lucky, you could find a second type. The replenishment of items was lacking, and coffee and tea were always running out. There was no coffee machine, and they only had one type of coffee. The hotel is a bit far from the Old Town

We booked along with breakfast. Hardly any option was available for vegetarian diet. All we had was rice and bread without any accompliant.
