    Every employee we interacted with was very pleasant and responsive. The hotel smelled great. Room service was delicious.
    Wish rooms had charging pad for phones. Wish coolers were true refrigerators for perishables (in our case, milk for toddler). Wish rooms had enough towels for every guest to have a fresh set without having to call for extras (we were a group of 2 adults/2 kids and had to request fourth towel twice).

    We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sofitel Chicago Magnificent Mile and it was an exceptional experience. It is our favorite hotel in Chicago. From the moment we walked into the elegant lobby, we were greeted by friendly staff. We were surprised with a complimentary upgrade. The suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to some of Chicago's top attractions. Overall, our stay was truly memorable thanks to the exceptional staff, luxurious accommodations, and outstanding location. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago.

    Were responsive to any issues. Felt very comfortable in the room. Good location.
    We loved the room itself. It was very well appointed. Interesting textures on the walls, floors and furnishings. There wasnt a space in the place that wasnt well thought out. Closet had shelves for clothing and luggage and an interior light. Everything felt modern yet warm. Nice lighting - sconces on either side of the bed with a separated directional bulb and switch for reading. Kept the nightstands free for other things. No problem plugging anything in at the bedside or at the desk. Beautiful chaise lounge. Plenty of space in the bathroom, no individual toiletries which we prefer.
    We had an issue with hot water. Thought it was going to be fixed but wasnt. Did move rooms after the second morning. We had breakfast the first morning after our arrival and the wait person dropped off our check and said no hurry. Was getting very irritated and put off after the fourth or so check to see if we had signed off on the bill. Wasnt sure if he thought we were going to walk out without paying or if he thought we were taking too long. Either way, it seemed uncalled for to us.
