Beautiful new property with great design aesthetic. Located in the middle of Old Town Triangle (Viagra Triangle) a close walk to Michigan Ave. Street noise was very minimal. Huge windows overlooking the city. Restaurant attached is great. Valet parking is expensive.

Ask if construction is still taking place. They are renovating the 18th floor and at 10am the house and vibration was deafening! We were on the 13th floor and it was still awful. We had not been warned. Other than that things were great.

Rooms were nice.

Was there for Christmas. Breakfast finished at 8.30am unbelievable Bar closed at 4pm so couldn't have a Christmas drink after that. there was no food available in the restaurant after 4pm There was a turkey brunch available early in the day and it cost a whopping 150 dollars per person

Amazing!

My parents and I had the most wonderful stay at the Viceroy earlier this month. The facilities and hotel amenities are top class and the whole hotel has a really luxurious feel. Despite not staying in one of the larger offerings, we found the Deluxe Queen room to be very spacious. A special thanks to the hotel staff who always greeted us warmly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! The surrounding area is great as well- lots of restaurants and shops!
