The rooms are stylish and comfortable, and the staff is accommodating. The hotel provides a warm welcome and outstanding service in the bar and restaurant. Overall, guests look forward to staying at the hotel again.

Nice and spacious room.
Rooms facing the main train station are rather loud as you can hear all the announcements. The area of main train station is also not the nicest and I was uncomfortable walking there after dark.
Upon check in, the personnel seemed to be not so friendly and cut me off with figuring out myself the opening hours of the hotel restaurant and their availability. The parking was a mess, with many cars parked across the line, so you could not squeeze in.
Did not expect so many unpleasant moments at a 5-star hotel.

We stayed room only. The Christmas Eve dinner was excellent. Room was very spacious and the hotel very comfortable. Very central right next to the Munich HBF train station. Pity everything was closed over the Christmas weekend & the weather was not great.

Beautiful hotel next to main station
Beautiful hotel right next to train station so very convenient for train travel. Really comfortable room. Nicely designed pool and spa facilities.
The breakfast was a bit too expensive for us. We ate breakfast elsewhere. The location was not as visually appealing as the old centre - modern and a bit seedy, as areas close to train station often are.
