    The Southbank town house was a perfect choice for a wedding anniversary stay. The hotel was modern, clean, and homely with spacious and comfortable rooms. The breakfast cooked by Dolores was amazing. (Read More) Booking directly through their website offered a reasonable price. Overall, the guests were highly impressed and couldn't speak highly enough of their experience at the Southbank.

    Not much.
    There were stains on the carpet, no hand towels in the bathroom. Doors missing from the closet. Restaurant suggestions in the hand book were listed as poor on other websites. We found The Cary Arms on our own it was excellent, Host had never been there. The cab company they suggested never showed up, we had to find another cab company. Hallway was very cold, need to put a door put on the basement steps. No hot coffee in lobby for the morning. Also Host made a comment about having two big suitcase and how we should pack just one small bag. Since we did not ask for any assistance with bags, she should have kept her comments to herself.

    We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was lovely and the accommodation was clean. The hosts were very welcoming. We hope to be back again.
    It would have been fantastic if we had a communal lounge to sit in the evening.

    Very nice hosts . Made welcome Location perfect. Breakfast is very nice. Cooked perfectly.

    Fantastic hosts, great location, rooms were very comfortable and plenty of room, beds very comfortable and great quality breakfast. Loved everything but shower could have been more powerful as bathroom was stunning

    Really warm welcome. Danny and Dolores are lovely hosts. We arrived two hours earlier than we had stated due to some poor weather conditions, which meant we did not stop on our journey, but we were welcomed into the property, shown to our room and given some suggestions close by for food and drink so that we did not spend too long in the rain. Very comfortable stay, and the best cooked breakfast to set us up for the journey home. We will be back, again!
