Spotlessly clean cottage near the town centre

Spotlessly clean little cottage, nicely decorated and with everything you need for a short stay. Comfortable beds, spacious bedrooms. Efficient heating. Close to a large Waitrose and the town centre, easy to walk to both. The cottage is on a very quiet street. We were able to park easily.

Nothing! Note to others that the bathroom is downstairs and the stairs a little steep, which may be an issue for some guests. The hosts have helpfully installed motion sensitive night-lights though.

A lovely cottage; I'd stay here again

Welcome gifts - prosecco and biscuits - were a lovely thought. The hosts provided some useful information, such as the nearest supermarket, where to find recycling facilities, etc.

Lovely clean and fresh cottage in a quiet location close to Lymington High Street. Very comfy beds and quality linen. The compact kitchen was very well equipped with all that we needed and more. Free on street parking was readily available over our weekend stay. A great base for Lymington and the beautiful surrounding area. Thank you

Property located on a nice street. On street parking available with no problems. Peaceful and quiet area. Property clean and comfortable well presented, nicely decorated with good furnishings. The bedrooms were light and airy. The king size bed was comfortable. Kitchen small and compact but had everything we needed. Very happy with out stay.

It was not made clear in the description and list of facilities that the bathroom was downstairs. It would have been very difficult for an elderly or infirm person to use the toilet in the night negotiating the stairs. The shower screen was leaking had to mop floor after using.

We had a lovely few nights at the cottage and very much enjoyed our stay here. Would highly recommend. Very peaceful area with lots of free on street parking. Easy to get to the different sites in the New Forest. Plus, the beds are very comfy!
