    I liked the town of Amelia Island, and that was it.
    The hotel was overrun with dogs. The hotel housekeeping manager was nasty and called us rude. She is very unprofessional and never resolved our issues. The web page says dogs to stay on the first and second floor but with were on the third floor. The dogs were barking through the night. We had two people in our group who have allergies to dogs dander and have COPD. Which one of them got severely sick. Housekeeping comes every other day to collect garbage and towels, which was never told to us upon arrival. We put our garbage and dirty towels outside the door, but they were replaced. It is not the Housekeepers faults but poor management. Hallways were never vacuumed.. Floors were never moped in the dining room area and elevators while we were there, which was for four days. The beds were so uncomfortable, and the sheets felt scratchy. For what you are paying, you would expect it to be nicer. I will never return to this Spring Hill Suites.,

    Loved the pool and jacuzzi, the breakfast, clean rooms, standing showers in washroom, rooms with walk in Closets, walking distance to beach
    Not a beach property, early breakfast hours even on Stat holidays, no 24 hours concierge coffee/tea, staff were polite but not helpful with around town information
