The Springhill Suites by Marriott Savannah Downtown Historic District has a great location, close to shopping and city market. The rooms are spacious and clean, with separate bathrooms and plenty of (Read More)room for two people. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making the experience even better. The hotel offers valet parking for $38, but there are self-parking options nearby for $20. The breakfast is decent and the location is convenient for exploring the city.

Horrible boneless chicken. The amount of money we spent on the room, I expected a better menu choice

We came down for the fireworks and the location was within walking distance. Great location, the young lady that checked us in was extremely nice and friendly, she gave us outstanding customer service!

The breakfast was horrible. The restaurant was horrible, didnt have anything on the menu that was appealing. Ordered boneless chicken and they were terrible, overcooked and tasted so processed, couldnt taste any buffalo favor on the chicken, and server/bartender wasnt the friendliest. I felt like we should have gotten a refund on the overcooked boneless chicken. We spent a lot on the room to get crappie food and service from the restaurant

Great stay - I would visit again.

Super comfortable room, great location, good breakfast, decent gym and friendly staff!

Breakfast got extremely crowded. I noticed a lot of people couldnt find a place to sit.

It's only valet parking; the are no elevators to the garage (underground) but you will have access to the car anytime

Room was very beat up! Door had punched holes on the outside of it. Very tired worn furniture. Dirty bathroom. Staff on cell phones in hallways SUPER LOUD and ANGRY for whatever reason. Very noisy.

Overall, it wasn't bad.

Was clean, good location, pleasant staff for the most part.

Breakfast was not very good and a couple of staff acted like we were imposing on their job, just by being there waiting in line.The fake eggs were the worst I've tasted at any hotel buffet breakfast. My friends couldn't eat them at all. Muffins were hard + stale. But there was some variety so not a total loss. MAX was supposed to be included in room rate but didn't work + handyman that the front desk sent to fix didn't know anything about it.
