Nice place everything was new! Nice place very comfortable, nice staff, nice food and very good breakfast! Near the hotel is a metro station and you can go everywhere fast. The hotel has big parking. It is recommended to everyone!

great place to stay in Prague

It was a great stay. Everything was perfect. Great location, easy to drive to and enough parking spaces in garage. Great room, comfy beds, excellent breakfast choices. Room design is very nice too. Loved my stay.

Due to poor service and the fact that it was not clean enough, the overall impression was bad

1. when we arrived at the hotel room, we brought an open bottle of alcohol that someone had forgotten. 2. There was an empty container for hair balm. 3. there were problems with the passport during registration... the hotel employee did not understand about the document. 4. when we went to a restaurant located on the hotel premises, we waited for more than an hour to order a burger. 5. and there were problems parking the car, it was impossible to enter the hotel territory due to an event that was located next to the hotel and there was no information on the website or anywhere else on how to enter the hotel territory and parking. 6. Its not clear why they took the credit card number, the employee demanded to give a credit card, but the hotel room was paid for through booking in one day and this was the first time I encountered this. 7. You cant open the window in a hotel room for fresh air. the overall impression of the hotel was terrible, no matter what we communicated with, there were problems with everything, and without communication with people, the impression was that the hotel room was poorly serviced before our arrival

The style of the hotel, the facilities, the decorations and atmosphere, were all quite good and impressive. It definitely exceeded our expectations.

It is a bit further from the center, but you can always take the tram to wherever you want to go.
