    Great hotel stay experience
    Nice location and nice facilities. A little far out the way so local nightlife is a taxi drive, which is difficult on NYE. Majority are accommodating , friendly, helpful staff. Overall , recommend.
    The mattress was a little firm for our liking , but thats just being picky

    Lovely Hotel, Excellent Staff, Good Value for money.
    Room was a good size. Breakfast was good. Bar staff were excellent. We were a large size party and the bar staff were friendly and accommodating.
    There was nothing that came to mind that i did not like.

    Very clean room and comfy bed. Room temperature was good. The price was good, so it was great value for money. Lots of hot water for a bath.Excellent staff, very friendly.
    Some wear and tear obvious. Nothing to complain about.

    New Years Eve family part was epic! Thank you
    All the staff were great, very attentive and polite
    Lacking some finishing details such as room safe. The rooms could do with a bit of a freshen up but other than that we had a nice stay.

    Disappointing and would not stay again
    The bed was amazing and the room was a nice temperature.
    The spa was full to capacity so we're not allowed access, they don't allow you to pre book the spa so its not guaranteed you can access any of the spa facilities during your stay. Bedsheets dirty and dog hairs on the sofa. Had to ask the staff to change sheets and clean the room. The bar started to close down (Wine and drinks menus removed from tables, candles blow out etc) at 9:30 despite not closing until 12:30. The coffee machines were turned off for the stay.

    Excellent 2 night winter break.
    Fantastic short break. Room was lovely overlooking the little lake on golf course. All staff were friendly and helpful. We're half board. All meals were excellent. Great decor. Very relaxed atmosphere.

    Lovely hotel ruined by the active an ongoing deceit
    Generally a very clean and well equipped hotel with golf club attached
    The shower in our room would not work and as a result could not shower before going to our event. We told staff at check out and THEY KNEW ABOUT IT. They said they have lots of rooms with this problem and are waiting a refurbishment. 1. They should not rent out these rooms or at least tell the guests in advance 2. The Management know its an issue and seem to be turning a blind eye to it!
