    Everything. Location was perfect, right in the centre of the city, with easy access to transport and amenities. The staff at reception were really nice and helpful. We were allowed to check-in much earlier than expected and our room was upgraded to a bigger one than what we had booked with no extra charge. It's a modern place with a fantastic kitchen, loads of light, comfortable beds and everything you might need to feel at home. Right in the city centre, near several areas with busy bars and music, but once in we couldn't hear a noise from outside, so we could have a good rest. WiFi was brilliant and all the kitchen appliances and utilities looked brand new. It was spotless. Excellent value for money. We'll definitely book again when we visit the city and we'll probably try other hotels of the same company as Bekah from reception recommended. We'd like to thank all the staff for making our stay in Liverpool a great experience that made us love the city even more.

    A perfect couple of days in a great location and home from home
    Location was perfect for city centre. Lots to do close by. Apartment was ideal. Had everything we needed. Great details like coffee and tea and milk Rooms were lovely and clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff were so lovely and warm. Big shout out to the blonde gentleman who checked us in and kept checking in to see were we ok

    The staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming especially Susie and Jacob.
    Fabulous location, friendly staff.
    Parking was a bit expensive for 2 days, compared to other parking.

    The staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular, Jakub. Plenty of extra sheets/towels.....just as well, I'll get to that! The hairdryer was good quality as was the fan.
    Lack of cleanliness! The bottom sheet in the bedroom had blood stains on it......I had to strip the bed and put clean sheets on. Also, hair on the pillow and questionable stains on one of the towels The shower tiles still had foam on them from the previous guest's shower gel.
