location is superb, close to the beach and eateries. beach mat and towel provided, which are plus points as well.

Aircon was too cold. We're like sleeping in freezer for three nights. Bathroom was clogged. Water pressure very weak. Sewer smell near the swimming pool will definitely ruin your mood. Breakfast area was a chaos. Same breakfast menu throughout our 3-days stay here. Coffee taste burnt, eggs are cold. Less tables for family. Not all front desk seem to understand English. Maybe because majority of the guests are Russian.

Its was very near the beach . They provided us with early morning packed breakfast since we couldnt stay back for breakfast. Very considerate and friendly staff. Kiri Burger was also delicious. Must try place even you are near Karon Beach.

Great location near the beach and restaurants.

Great room, cleverly Andy Warhol themed (subtle, not OTT). Great location 1-2 mins walk to Karon Beach and restaurants, etc, and a nice pool. Close to an awesome tailor I use called Casa Di Moda (run by Subin Rai).

Location was central so could walk everywhere you needed.

So busy! Its like the hotel company all the hotels on the road and they use the one breakfast buffet, maddness! Pool was a real disappointment. Poor access into pool, looking directly at old tired building. Breakfast was only quiet if you got there super earlier, otherwise you were waiting ages in queues for food. Our room smelt damp when we reentered if aircon had been off. Shower never made me feel clean as so dirty and such weird noises from the shower when on that I thought it was going to fall on my head

Good location if you looking to be close to the beach.

Very convenient location

The hotel were doing construction works in the rooms which were opposite to our room. Some times the noise was bad. We stay for 9 day and the food in the breakfast has never change.

Exceptional

Lovely hotel. Great location, next to the beach, restaurants, shops and massage centers. We stayed 6 nights in a family room. It was a big room, luxury designed. The beds are large and super comfortable, nice pillows. No noise, no disturbing. Our stay was perfect. The staff were kind and helpful. The swimming pool - clean and large. We enjoyed our stay so much and will recommend the hotel to all our friends.

The hotel pays attention to details... they provide beach mat which is great for family to relax at the beach. They also arranged such that the two rooms were next to each other.
