    Great location, great host, many helpful tips. You can just wake up and walk on the beach or go for streetfood in the evening. Also the breakfast has a great local variety e.g. puri and appam. For our family it was a cute little homestay to hang out and the beach with a sandbank is great for children to play with the waves.

    The room was too small for a couple. The room is not worth more than 1000 rupees. But for that room we paid 2.5 k. The manager given us another room in another house which was 500 miter from beach. That was a bit better room but no view. And he charged us 3000. That room is ok for max 1.5 k .Please do not book sun and tan hotel. They are cheaters. Hope this review will save someone from the trap.

    There were bed bugs. Even without bed bugs the place is not value for money. Very old place with below average facilities

    Over all it was not worth the Money.
    It was close to beach
    Rooms were not clean. Blanket were smelling bad and didnt use them. I have booked AC rooms still property owner charged extra for AC, saying there was issue in booking.com website details.

    The location of this home stay is perfect to see the sunrise and sunset at the beach, it is just 50m away. The staff and owner were respectful and friendly. I could say staying here enhanced my experience at Kannur.
