A bad Experience

There was nothing to like

1. Bad checking Experience: Person in the reception was rude. Made me wait for 15 minutes for checkin 2. Location of the place in Google in incorrect - reception does not pick up the phone 3. Cockroaches in the room, sheets and bathroom wasn't clean 4. Asked reception for water twice: wasn't provided 5. No basic amenities

Nothing.

Very poorly maintained hotel. Very bad and smelly bedsheets with cigarette holes. They don't even provide complementary drinking water bottle. No towel was provided, mosquitoes everywhere. Staff didn't cooperate.

The hotel staff denied the stay. They mentioned that they don't have any room left for me when I reached there. When I requested that could you please help me as I have no place to go, they took me to a nearby hotel saying ma'am you can pay 1000 rupees here for room which is less than 1400 rupees you were going to pay us for the room. This is all we can do for you. I have to take that room for 1000 rupees in other hotel. I am no longer sure if i should be booking rooms via Booking.com as it happened second time. I am uninstalling the app.
