Unhelpful.

Location

The staff was very rude and unhelpful. The master control on the room stopped working in the middle of the night and I had to take they keycard out to switch off lights. Randomly at 4 am all lights switched on on their own. The ac started on full speed during peak winter time.

Complete waste of money for such a hotel. Would not recommend for leisure as this hotel is not worth the money spent

Completely worn out facilities and service was complete lying useless. After reminding every time for the amenities staff never paid attention to the same

Rooms are completely worn out. Fridges bathrooms are in bad shape.

Superb

A good place to stay if you dont want to go outside

We were holed up in Delhi during some terrible air quality (500-600 AQI) so we avoided going outside. Svelte was the perfect place for it. The hotel is attached to Select City Walk mall, which has a ton of good restaurants, shops, and theaters. The room was very comfortable. Bathroom was nice. Good breakfast with western and Indian options. Staff was helpful. Fitness area was perfectly adequate.

The only negatives would be noise. We were on the 5th floor, but the area is very busy so theres a lot of honking during the day. Our room was also next to some sort of employee room so we would hear a lot of their conversations. That said, we would stay again.

Way too expensive for this type of hotel

Only the location is good.

Very noisy. Room with view of air conditioners and pipes. Very old furnishings. Way too expensive.
