the beach is quite dirty and the ATV activity is actually spoilt the calmness and also my kids no more freely can play the beach and sand due to the ATV drive randomly here and there. also there is horse riding which for me its very dangerous because the person rising ot obviously dont know how to handle the horse and the horse reachibg my kids. i am very not happy with the beach. another thing is breakfast was not good. the food taste is not reach hotel level based on my experience to other swiss garden hotel and other 4-5stars hotel. thank you

I stay in family suite cost us MYR1.1k per nite look like to room setup not to practical. Only 1 bathroom with poor vent
Good location, but the check in time at 4 pm to me quite late and check out at 12 pm.
Chinese food at restaurant in the hotel so mavelous.

Old Hotel Under Refurbishment
The hotel looks old and tired, BUT it is in the midst of refurbishing process. The family room that we booked was tastefully refurbished. The bathroom is huge. The breakfast spread, although there were a lot of options, is mediocre,
The lobby looks dull and dark. The receptionists can do some improvements in delivering their services. Good hotel staff can make or break a hotel's reputation.

Good stay at Swiss Garden Beach Resort Kuantan
Basically all was good .. this is our 3rd time visiting this hotel
Lots of flies at coffee shop during breakfast .. tables weren't clean n cleared fast for the next guests to have their breakfasts

The splash pool for my kids. Room was clean and bright. Much difference compared to my stay there 4 years ago.
The lifts quite rundown and abit dark. Lobby area also dark at night can turn on more lights. Hotel is pretty far from town

Bed comfortable, AC was cool, shower pressure was good
Buffet breakfast wide selection and tasty food
The drain in the shower was slow, as such almost overflow the shower room.

1.we ordered food both 2 person and it cost RM80++. The food totally out . Cant describe . Some Chinese cusion fried rice
2. The main door nearby our room hit very strong and the sound very hard.
