    the properly was beautiful and the staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Mr Ranjeet the relations manager was very helpful. Mr Digvijay the driver was also an awesome tour guide

    Absolutely regret booking my stay at the Taj
    As always with most Taj hotels a grand building with a lovely pool and gardens
    From 4-10pm the property was blasting with noise from mics and a dance event that took place. I had to change my room to the other side of the hotel. Taj does give their hotel for events and weddings and thats a nuisance for other guests so do check when you book or check in. Also Taj hotels continue to use plastic bottles in the rooms contributing hugely to plastic waste. Most other hotel chains have been plastic free for years but they dont seem to care.

    Taj Lucknow is a luxury one should enjoy. The hotel I will stay whenever I head back to Lucknow.
    Buffet Breakfast range was ve3ry good.
    The Wifi was not strong enough in the room to enable browsing or even downloading emails.

    I wish they had a fast charging station. I forgot my charger and thAts the one thing they didn't have.

    An excellent stay as always, except for the fact that it really pinches the pocket.
    The room rent has inexplicably shot up, seemingly overnight. Can't be rationalized in any way, compared to the room rents of the other hotels in the city. Certainly the amount paid is not in proportion to the services provided.
