Great seren place place.
The location with lots of greenery around you don't feel like ur in hotel, it's more of a resort with lots of flowers and tree's.
Car parking in the open which results in lots of bird dropping and though they cleaned it but still it was a bit of a mess.

The Taj West End gets its absolutely right!
This hotel is the gold standard for hospitality and service. From checkin to checkout everything was just fantastic. The location is just amazing and the propoerty itself stunning.

Excellent stay at the Taj west!
The hotel was beautiful, we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. The staff upgraded our room to a suite which was a lovely surprise! The staff, the ambience and the facilities were all fantastic and would definitely return. Thank you so much!

Most beautiful and clean hotel i ever stayed. Environment in the premises super fresh.
Room was exceptional. Hotel premises is clean, calm and green. One of the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed. Would love to spend more time at the hotel next time.
