Perfect Guesthouse in Eastbourne
Joy was the perfect host - incredibly friendly and welcoming - such a lovely Guest house I would definitely return - it's perfect for anyone working at the Devonshire Park / Congress Theatre

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The location was ideally situated between the town, sea and the Towner Arts centre. Although the host thought booking.com shouldn't have included breakfast in the out of season terms/ conditions she was nonetheless happy enough to provide the full menu for us.

Joy, who is running the guesthouse is a welcoming person. And I was surprised how cosy and clean the rooms were.
There is a mini library aswell , a nice "livingroom/community room, alltogether I was glad i ahve choosen thsi location to stay.

Very pleasant stay.
Location & room were good, staff friendly & efficient. My room was clean & comfortable. The only one downside for me was that my room was on the 4th (top) floor so I found carrying my luggage up & down all the flights of stairs quite puffy! The reason I was put on the top floor though was to try to make it less noisy for me from the renovations going on next door, so I quite understood. Was quite happy overall with the hotel & my stay.
