Clean, ample parking, easy check-in and check-out process.

Room had a musty smell, mattress not comfortable, thin walls/ceiling (could hear my upstairs neighbors) no tissues to be found anywhere, this should be standard. The steep stairs to the basement were dimly lit, not good when coming back in the middle of the night.

$150 was gouging. Value was $80-$90. I am a world traveler-66 countries and most of USA. Gouging! Request a $60 refund.

Nothing was special, but overpriced by $75

Super strong cleanser smell upon entry, I complained wed get headaches. After two days, smell was replaced by a mold smell. Overpriced. No breakfast, no office staff, no common area. Just a motel for $150 but with no one there. Key code broke/had to get another. No extra towels for two night stay. Blanket was thin. No toaster. Place was run by someone on a telephone long distance.

We would definitely stay here again. It was perfect, the price was right and cant beat have a full kitchen.

Great location, room was clean, staff was very responsive to messages.

We had a basement level room (this is what I booked), and the people above us were stomping around all night. Not the hotels fault, just tough to not sleep all night.

Salem trip

Great location, close to Salem which was where we were visiting. Even with it being a self check in hotel, the staff were always available and accommodating. Any questions we had they answered swiftly. Better service than some hotels who have people on site. We were so happy with the service and enjoying our trip we extended our stay a night. The Beverly team is above and beyond amazing, thank you ! I definitely recommend staying here and I would stay again if we find ourselves in the area again :)
