The Boma Nairobi is a nice hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. Guests highly recommend staying here for its focus on guest safety. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are nice. However, r (Read More)oom service is lacking in providing towels and bathroom supplies. The hotel is located close to Wilson airport and is economically priced. The AC in some rooms can be noisy. The reception is outstanding and the hotel offers a wide range of meals. Overall, guests have had a positive experience at The Boma Nairobi.

Good location, quite nice rooms and facilities

Staff disappointed this time. Could not get a coffee in the lobby coffee shop as staff did not open on time each morning. Receptionist laughed at me told me to get coffee from breakfast buffet instead. Housekeeping did not provide amenities, towels for two people, one coffee mug for four days but they were making up two beds. Details, not a big deal but still I think they are fife star hotel. Coffee again, so many staff during breakfast but no one offers you coffee, you need to ask few times.

Nice comfortable stay. Great B/F and Food. Nice staff.

Very comfortable and decent size room. Nice breakfast. Very cordial staff. I reached early and the hotel accommodated me. Thanks Boma.

Occasional power interruptions but hotel had backup. There is hardly any lobby.
