    The flat is clean, modern, comfortable in an elegant historic location.
    The flat is in a great historic location. It is clean and modern. I like the sofa & chair arrangement. The bathroom supplies plenty of hot water. You can plug a Netflix dongle into the telly. The bed is comfortable. The common areas are bright and well lit.
    The kitchen isn't particularly well equipped - there are few utensils for food preparation and there is no draining board for washing up. There was a problem with the heater control when I arrived which could only be sorted the next day,

    Not very comfortable seating area. Only 2 sets of cutlery and basic dinnerware in kitchenette. Inconvenient for a 2 night stay

    Nice enough but theyve not been honest about the parking and they took an unauthorised payment
    Central hotel, friendly staff, comfortable rooms
    No privacy - you can hear everything in the bathroom Parking directly outside had a maximum of 2 hours and I dont feel the hotel have been clear about this on this site - most people would need longer than this The hotel also for some reason took unauthorised payment - only 2 but it was not authorised which Im not happy with so am hoping they will resolve this The Hotel e mailed after our stay encouraging us to contact them with any feedback - when I raised the points about the parking and the unauthorised payment they didnt accept the points and rather than saying thanks, we will review it were slightly argumentative. Not sure why they asked for feedback about customers experience then argue the points! We would have stayed again but based on the hotels response Id now look elsewhere so theyve done themselves out of some frequent business

    The bed was amazing best sleep Ive had in a long time, it was also a very cosy room which I like as sometimes you cant adjust the heating in rooms

    Very frustrating stay. Big disappointment.
    Location perfect for our visit and room was spotless
    No lift on premise so our room location on the 2nd floor meant having to use 44 steps either way. Reported a problem with water behind the toilet which we reported on arrival which took several phone calls between staff and ourselves to arrange inspection then maintenance work to be carried, out which resulted in being advised by staff to be careful whilst using the facilities as problem not being fixed till Tuesday. This was a totally different experience from our previous stay here and standard of apartment and facilities.
