    Exceptional!!!
    The staff was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and inviting. The services provided were excellent.
    There was really nothing that I didnt like but I prefer a more traditional bed and lounging furniture in the guest room. The lobby, bar and restaurant furnishings were excellent!

    Great location in heart of LA city.
    The restaurant staff is really good .. Food was really great.. Mainly breakfast.not much choice for us as we are vegetarian but still it was great
    Front staff at check in He did not provide any information and got surprised with parking charges $50/ night which thing was not told when I checked in not even any information regarding facilities

    Marian was amazing!! Had issue first night and she fixed it for us!
    House keeping is horrible!!! They make bed and give you a couple clean towels. No cleaning room at all or leaving needed item! Never brought TP, Kleenex out for 3 days and never brought clean glasses! Had to finally call and complain again to get something done.

    practical and comfortable hotel if you have to stay in the downtown area
    very friendly staff, we got a free room upgrade and enjoyed a spacious room with a very comfortable and big bathroom. the rooms were clean and nice, even if the decor is a bit 'airport hotel' vibes. the room rate included breakfast in the hotel's diner, which was great because there are not many nice breakfast options in the neighborhood. the downtown LA area is not very comfortable and safe but this property and its parking area was well lit and felt comfortable.
    there was quite a bit of noise from traffic on the road and also some noise from partying across the street.

    The room is clean, just need another chair for its long comfy table. The room will look better if there are abstract frames hanging on the wall.
    At least a coffee and tea should be provided. That's every travellers consolation after a tiresome trip. No staff available in the check-in counter, will need to shout "Hello" we're checking in...

    Modern room is downtown LA.
    The facilities are new and modern. Parking is $25/night but I think from the day we left it becomes $30/night.
    The room is quiet from the inside but it is not very sound-proof from the outside. We can hear noisy drivers' engines but not very often. The neighborhood was okay but not very decent just a few blocks away.

    Disappointing not being able to open our room without the help of staff
    Location, Room itself was very nice
    Keys to room never worked, each time we left the room for any reason we had to have someone from the front desk come up 6 floors to open our door for us. Horrible even after NYE event and arriving back to the hotel after 2:30am we had to have someone open our room for us because the keys which were re-coded 3-4 times still never worked
