Very good level of service, staff is really nice. Cleaning twice per day very convenient as we drag a lot of sands into the room. Very close to the beach, perfect for beautiful sunsets.

Noisy, as the adjacent hotel is organizing loudy pool party (DJ sets) during the weekend (Friday to Sunday) from 3pm to 11pm - I would not recommend this hotel if you want to relax or if you have kids. Located in a busy area, you get a lot of restaurant options but also as soon as you step out of the hotel you get harrass by people waiting in front of the hotel who wants you to buy their activities (even on the 3 meters from hotel to the beach)...

This was my second stay at this hotel, the staff are great, the hotel rooms are good, the location is great on the beach front, I recommend to contact the hotel and use their airport transfer, wroth every peso.

Very nice hotel in a great location.

The location was excellent. In the middle of the beach near all the restaurants and the mall. The beach out front was the best section.

The bed was terrible. It felt like it had craters all over it and was lumpy. Plus its very low to the ground. Its to bad none of the hotels have beach chairs on the sand. It gets a little uncomfortable to sit on the sand.

Comfortable, relaxing and with a great view - of White Beach

The breakfast was amazing. We are use to European type breakfast but to have the option of Filipino food for the first meal of the day was a nice surprise.

There was not much not to like. If there was some options for other types of food, not just within the hotel but also in the surrounding area that would have been good.
