    Great location, check your towels are clean
    Location is fantastic, so many great downtown treasures nearby. Lobby and music were also great.
    Room was not cleaned well, and some of our towels were stained when we opened them. Also, the furnace was set high (during winter) and we set it much lower but the room never cooled and made for an uncomfortable night's sleep.

    Fabulous hotel, beautifully renovated and very friendly staff.
    Front desk staff very nice. Loved the decor, art and the beds were comfortable. Rooms very quiet. Records & record player a big bonus. Dinner was great. Loved location. Easy to walk downtown, and lots of great shops and restaurants close by.
    We had a beautiful room, but overlooked the dumpsters.

    Beautiful hotel! Perfect location in downtown Fort Collins. Nice extra touches: vinyl selection with phonograph in the room, love the free postcards.
    Only complaint: horrible pillows.

    Cozy and convenient stay.
    I enjoyed my stay, a breakfast bar downstairs and location is perfect and convenient. It doesnt offer a kettle but they did provide me with hot water. So its not so bad, just that I need to call for hot water everytime I want to make myself a cup of coffee.
