We got another room from what we booked but it was ok, Locations is really good. 5 minutes walk from tram which takes to the center.

The room and building is super old, dirty, the locks didnt work properly. To open window is almost impossible. You can hear everything behind the walls.

For the price it was okay, but looking back we would've paid the extra $2-300/night for nicer place.

Affordable. The staff was relatively kind.

Bed extremely uncomfy. Common room left open/unlocked. Door to our room felt unsecure. Windows let in all sound.

Hostel-level quality place offering private rooms with shared bathrooms.

Great location near lots of restaurants and public transportation.

Many of the rooms have brown wall-to-wall carpeting that looks terrible, dirty and old. It would be great if the owners removed the carpeting and just had the natural wood floors.

Filthy rooms, broken blinds, the check in person was rude, dangerous steps, not enough bathrooms, stingy on toiletries, smelly drawers, no quality bedding

Good value stay in the heart of Allston

Good value stay. John at the front desk was very helpful, really helped check-in go smoothly. Facilities are old but in good condition. Many places to eat close by.

My room was in a different building from the main office, which was a minor inconvenience.

Exceptional

When I need a place in that area it's my second home.

This stay I needed 2 beds. I wasn't able to get a room with sink and stove top but staff was polite and extremely helpful (same as every visit). I stayed longer than I expected, and staff was accommodating to out needed. Great value too. I checked out and left my phone in the room. An hour later I got back there and the staff member was super helpful and nice about having to retrieve it for me! Lifesaver Chris!
