Bad experience - They cancelled my booking without checking with me !

They cancelled my stay because credit card was getting declined through which they had taken a security guarantee. They did not call me to check if I can provide another card. That despite me having stayed there several times !!!!

Fabulous location and excellent service from staff. Rooms were very clean & comfortable and service was both professional and friendly. Staff went out of their way to help. Breakfast menu had a variety of options included, apart from the daily buffet and food was very good. The in house stir fry restaurant downstairs had some great dishes and Indian food on the room service menu was delicious too! Enjoyed our stay.
