Very nice stay overall
I liked how central it was
I come from a company that is accredited a great place to work.
I didn't like the main person on concierge, he was a large man in a blue suit who spoke down to his staff on several occasions, good leaders don't speak down to there staff they show them how to do things not dictate how they should be done.

We stayed for NYE and location requirements we had. Would not normally stay here as the accommodation is basic.
Location.
Staff seemed friendly enough.
We were there for NYE so cost was ridiculous for what you get however it served a purpose to be close to the event we went to.
We were really unhappy with our room view. We felt like it was a dorm room. Looked out to the walls and windows of other rooms and not much natural light.

Beds were very comfortable. Location was great. Complimentary drinks were a nice touch that the kids REALLY liked.
