An excellent location but staff need more training.
Very comfortable and clean rooms. Main courses and starters in the restaurant were delicious.
Accessibility for a buggy wasnt great but the staff kindly offered to help lift the buggy up a set of three steps. Sides at dinner were a let down, parsnip and sweet potatoes were very hard and my fork couldnt pierce the vegetables. Waiting staff had difficulty understanding what I was saying which led to double my order at dinner. Breakfast buffet was a let down as our toast was forgotten about and the products for the buffet werent great.

Great location, comfortable beds, lovely restaurants and bar areas. Just a bit more expectation for such a high price. S
Location is fabulous. Lounge area and restaurants are lovely decorated. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Used the valet parking which really helped
Slightly dated in areas for the price point. Breakfast wasnt the best. Had to ask for drinks, cutlery and didnt get served things others had. Could have more variety for breakfast again only based on the price point of the stay. A lot of staff were present but nobody allocated to serve and lots of people asking for things missing? Just missing a bit of attention to detail. But everyone was friendly and accommodating when asked.

Perfect location, great restaurant, excellent cocktails at the bar and as we stayed the week after Christmas it was beautifully decorated to include a Christmas tree in our room!

A good stay for city centre exploration.
The ESPA products in the bathroom were a big plus. The Television had a lot of channels which was great. I loved that they used a bit of Irish in their welcome letter, and signage in the lift. Maith sibh! I would stay again.
I thought the decor was a bit dated, perhaps that is just me, I know the Hardiman is a well established hotel. I also thought 9.50 for a dessert was too expensive.

    Passable
    Pretentious.
    Location.
The room, hotel, and restaurant presented a much older and somewhat gloomy appearance compared to their photographs. Room 520 executive suite , situated near the elevator, was equipped with a fairly effective soundproof door. However, I was concerned that noise could become an issue during events such as parties or weddings. The room was dark and had a depressing ambiance. The curtains on the window of the bedroom were too short, failing to cover the entire window (gap on the right side of the window) which results in being disturbed by early morning sunlight. The bathroom was excessively spacious, boasting an oversized bathtub. A notable inconvenience was the absence of soap or shampoo near the bath. One had to use the shower gel from a dispenser attached near the mirror over the sink, which was inconveniently located about 2-3 meters away. Additionally, the heating in the bathroom was non-functional at all. Room 428 is a standard room. It's dark, and the bathtub is quite short. However, the beds are comfortable. The view from the window is cluttered and unappealing. A significant problem is the noisy floor in the nearby room. It creaks loudly, and you can easily hear the conversations of the neighbors. 20% of the staff are friendly, but their professionalism falls short. For instance, Rosa, the receptionist, was amiable but provided incorrect information about room locations. Despite her assurance that room 520 was not near the elevator, it turned out to be exactly in front of it. This required me to return downstairs, wait in line, and request a different room. Rosa was initially hesitant to show the other proposed room before I agree to move in until I insisted. Unfortunately, the room she offered wasn't a suite as expected; it wasnt suitable for receiving guests without exposing the bed. Ultimately, I had to settle for the room near the elevator, which was disappointing.

The warm welcome by staff and the the care they took into making our stay special. They parked our car and brought it back when we were leaving. Our luggage was taken in and delivered to our room when we attended the function.
