Nice hotel and excellent location
Check in staff were great and really helpful and welcoming. Room was a decent size and the complimentary drinks in the room was a nice touch.
Bar staff was rude, seemed an effort to make 4 x drinks. Couldnt be bothered to get more of something that ran out so just said there was no more, when his colleagues look said it all. No dedicated disabled parking.

Amazing Hotel lying in the shadow of the Shard, would highly recommend.
The Indian cuisine was second to none, cocktails were lush.
