Beautiful apartment, really stylish and comfortable.
The parking being at a totally different building 10 minutes walk away, which isnt made clwar until youve booked and recieve the detials before you arrive.The noise of the street being in the front apartment on king Street, traffic and constant beeping from the lorries in the loading bay opposite from 6am.

Great apartment, great location! Great layout. All facilities available for a comfortable stay.
Our only complaint that did slightly spoil the stay was the noise from the apartment above. We stayed in Duchy B which is a basement apartment. I am presuming that the apartment above has wooden floors. On both mornings of our stay we awoke to thunderous banging of presumably a child or children running around the apartment above. This noise lasted between 30 mins- 1 hr on both occasions and was pretty much a continuous banging. I dont know how you would be able to prevent this happing in the future but suggest not having families with young children in upper floor apartments? Maybe rugs or carpets?

Everything was excellent, bed and linen very luxurious, bathroom clean and spacious, kitchen area ideal (although freezer area in fridge would have been nice for cold drinks (as it was Christmas). Two TVs brilliant.
Parking outside the property would have been a bonus.
The extractor fan in the bathroom was not working (minor detail). Upgrade the windows to double glazing as the windows in the bedroom were streaming each morning. However this did not worry us. A Nespresso coffee machine would have been an added bonus.

Fantastic stay and ideal for short or long stays
The property was superb! We stayed at the Coach House and had a great stay, the location is ideal and very central, the peppery is very spacious with everything you need and even had underfloor heating
I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Harrogate
