Disappointed

Have stayed here numerous times. The room lacked the normal standard and the breakfast was very poor for the price.

Terrific location and lovely staff but the food should be better for the price.

Great location

Our room was really small more like a box room than a double bedroom and for the price this was a disappointment. The evening meal was pretty average too and not at the standard we expected. Parking ok if you get a space at the hotel but otherwise involves a walk which is not great if its raining!

Wonderful getaway, gorgeous hotel, fabulous location. We will be back.

Our 2nd stay and it did not disappoint, fabulous location and felt like real a treat for myself and my husband after a busy Christmas with the children.

Only gripe is having an additional 15 for parking at the hotel. Not about the cost but feels like with a hotel of this standard it should be included in the price.

Great location for our party but the hotel is quite tired and needs some money spending on it.

Fabulous location but the room was basic, tired and did not meet our expectations.

Bar and restaurant areas were excellent.

Room was very basic and below expected standard for this hotel chain. Bathroom was dirty, shower was damaged and there was mould on the window frame. No dressing gowns or spare pillows in the room.

Quality dog friendly hotel central location

Lovely spacious basement room with separate street entrance. Large bathroom with rolled top bath and separate walk in shower. Dog friendly. Room service. Friendly staff. Great breakfast included. Parking available in front of hotel. Very central location. Good value for money for a Christmas booking.
