Bad WiFi, building work, food not always replenished. Evening entertainment lacking especially on Christmas evening.

Amazing location and amazing place to stay.

Beach- super clean and super beautiful Breakfast- lots of variety and well trained staff. Had a short chat with the chef and learnt how he manages the morning rush hour.

Nothing to dislike. However, the hotel is under renovation (which they had informed before hand).

The best stay!!

We recently spent a week at this marvellous 5 star hotel. From start to finish all the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special and one to remember. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels around the world and what makes this hotel unique is the fact that all the staff are genuinely friendly and want to make your holiday really special. Yes the hotel was under refurbishment but this did not affect our stay or make it any less enjoyable. We would like to especially thank the following staff; Debolina, Resu, Amit, Malkeet, Antonia and Obuli. There are so many others that also were amazing for whom we would like to thank. We have had one of the best holidays and are so grateful.

Great stay

The staff are what makes these place amazing. Special mention to Amit and Sam at the Riverside Restaurant who honestly went above and beyond during our stay there. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are spacious. Enough activities to make the days pass very quickly. The food is also very good.

Not really a criticism but next time we won't book the room with the plunge pool. The private pool is real good size but shaded and as it wasn't temperature controlled, my children preferred the main pool.

Breakfast was very nice. I specifically liked the friendly attitude of the staff and the butler service

I had already made an advance payment but at the reception they requested me to pay and I had to clarify and when they rechecked everything was in order. Reception could be more organized and careful about checking payments
