    A basic functional place to sleep/have breakfast but lacking in atmosphere and a lounge area if the bar is closed
    Location was good with free parking Beds were comfortable Breakfast was nice (although there was only a bowl of whole fruit and no fresh cut up fruit which is usually on offer)
    The bedrooms are purpose built on a golf course. We had been warned that the pool and bar shut at 4pm as it was Boxing Day but hadnt realised that there wouldnt be any other lounge/lobby area for our family to sit together in the evening. As a result it felt a bit soulless and unsociable having to go back to our separate bedrooms after going out for dinner The rooms were extremely functional/purpose built and didnt feel special at all - there was no hair conditioner or body cream, no plug point by bed, no blankets available (even though the room leaflet said they were provided) but the receptionist did find some fan heaters to use
